Where do the lights from bars come from?

Ok, in bars i have seen the neon lights, (cap’n morgan, red bull) and where do they get them? because my neighbor owns a resturant and i want some for my room and he gave me one, but i cant keep asking for them. Is there like a website, or do i get them straight from the company?

Check ebay and Craigslist. I’ve seen lots of them for sale in those places.
