how to unthaw a black water holding tan and valve on a fifth wheel jayco rv?

we are working in cheyenne, Wyoming and we were not here in time to underpin our rv before the -9 degree weather came,,so we are having some real problems…our water lines are not frozen…just the valve to empty the holding tank…….hhhheeeellllpppp!!!!
